Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs clearance requirements determined by local authorities. Unless explicitly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes, return shipping and related fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Shipping Delays
Sierra Refine is not liable for delivery delays beyond our control, including delays caused by third-party carriers or other unforeseen circumstances. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for reasonable shipping delays, defined as delivery taking up to 60 business days from the order date. We will continue to monitor your shipment and do our best to ensure it arrives as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Tracking, Signature & Split Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple cartons and may have more than one tracking number. Signature may be required for high-value or oversized shipments. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (including unit/suite number) to avoid delays or return-to-sender.
